eXtracToolbox is a set of simple tools that help read, extract, and utilize information from scanned documents such as notarial deeds, contracts, coordinate lists, survey logs, or even maps.
It uses artificial intelligence algorithms to find necessary data in documents, even if they are complex. The tool also allows automatic raster calibration and document anonymization.

It adapts to various types of documents: It can read legal, official documents like notarial acts, notifications from land registries, or documents included in geodetic operations, like coordinate lists, field sketches.
Easy integration: The tool can be easily used without interfering with existing systems and software, thanks to data entry support mechanisms. It is an e-service that easily integrates with any file repositories, database management systems (DBMS), services, or domain-specific IT systems (e.g., EGiB).
