The primary target users of eXtracToolbox are mainly:

• Departments of geodesy, real estate management, and related areas in any other public offices,

• Industry-specific enterprises (e.g., geodetic, energy),

• Legal firms and notaries,

• Property developers and real estate management companies,

• Data archiving companies.

How does it work?

• It recognizes important data: eXtracToolbox can find and understand key information in documents, such as signatures, names, personal identification numbers, land registry numbers, transaction amounts, dates, numbers, coordinates, and directions. It understands the relationships between information, i.e., it can identify buyers and sellers.

• It adapts to various types of documents: It can read legal, official documents like notarial acts, notifications from land registries, or documents included in geodetic operations, like coordinate lists, field sketches.

• Easy integration: The tool can be easily used without interfering with existing systems and software, thanks to data entry support mechanisms. It is an e-service that easily integrates with any file repositories, database management systems (DBMS), services, or domain-specific IT systems (e.g., EGiB).

The software was developed as part of the "Budowa Bazy Wiedzy o Nieruchomościach" (Building a Knowledge Base about Real Estate) project, co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development.
