TopQuadrant is a leader in Enterprise Information Management solutions. Their flagship product is the TopBraid software family. TopQuadrant's solutions are mainly utilized by the financial, pharmaceutical, energy, and digital media sectors.

Sinergise is an international company headquartered in Ljubljana. It operates in the field of spatial information, particularly for the agricultural and real estate sectors, as well as specialized geoinformatics tools. Sinergise is the creator and operator of the Sentinel Hub service.

SpaceWill is a provider of satellite data and geospatial information. The company's main activities revolve around satellite imagery, SAR images, data processing, product creation, and software development. The partnership agreement allows WIZIPISI to sell satellite images in Poland, including those from satellite constellations like SuperView.

In January 2016, the Institute was accepted as a partner in the cluster "Institute of Highway Technology and Innovation" (IATI). IATI was created with the aim of integrating scientific research activities across three environments: higher education institutions, independent research institutes, and enterprises. IATI operates in a consortium formula, with the leading institutions being the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
